MY JOURNEY
My wellness journey began years after spending too much time counting calories and relying on high-intensity workouts. I eventually realized there was a more balanced way to care for my body. That’s when I discovered mindful eating and yoga, practices that brought transformative, sustainable results.
Since then, I’ve embraced a holistic approach rooted in nourishment, movement, and mindfulness. These practices not only reshaped my well-being, but also inspired my passion for helping others create a balanced, grounded lifestyle.

My mission is to guide you on a personalized wellness journey grounded in evidence-based practices, supporting your well-being through nutrition and yoga coaching, empowering you with the knowledge and skills to truly thrive.
MY BACKGROUND
My academic and professional journey has given me a strong foundation to support you with confidence and care.
I hold an Honors Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition (BSc), and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from King’s College London.
I’m also a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher, trained through YogaWorks. My expertise in nutrition is further strengthened by Precision Nutrition’s Certification.
